Terms & Conditions

- We aim to provide the best quality of cleaning service possible; however do not guarantee the removal of all stains on an article. Whenever possible, we will notify you of stains that cannot be removed completely because of possible damage to fabric.

- We follow all the cleaning instructions mentioned on the article or even better methods based on our experience. We will also notify you whenever our cloth experts see chances of color bleeding, shrinking or any other issue and will proceed only when you give a go ahead. However, we shall not be held responsible for articles that bleed color, shrink or otherwise change unexpectedly.

- The minimum billing amount for an order is Rs 399 for free pickup and drop. A flat delivery charge of Rs 60 will be applicable on all orders below Rs 399.

- All our offers, discounts are applicable only on orders above Rs 399. Any order below Rs 399 is not entitled to any discount. Maximum of one offer can be availed in one order.

- Maximum discount that can be availed on first order from any offer is Rs 500, subject to fulfillment of other conditions of the offer.

- Our normal delivery time is 4 days and we put every effort to win your confidence and trust but sometimes it gets beyond our control and we expect you to be understanding in such cases.

- We are very proud of our systems and that's why give you just a simple token at the time of pickup mentioning the number of clothes. In the rare event of you finding some clothes missing at the time of delivery, kindly report it immediately. We will not be responsible for any difference in the number of clothes once our laundry pilot leaves your place.

- Our laundry pilots can only give you an estimate of your bill. Actual amount would be messaged and emailed to you only after all your articles reach our plant and proper inspection is done by our experts.

- All the cashback amount will be provided as MINK credits and cannot be exchanged for an equivalent cash amount. Also Any cashback amount received as an offer automatically gets expired within 30 days if not used.

- Cashback Usage Cap: Maximum 50% of an order value can be paid through cashback credits. For example, for an order value of Rs 800, maximum amount that can be paid through cashback credits is Rs 400. Cashback cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer. You can either apply an ongoing offer or can redeem your cashback credits in an order.

- Conditions on the usage of cashback can be modified anytime. Craftmink Technology Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to take the final call on all the matters.

- In the unforeseen event of loss or misplacement of any article, our liability shall not exceed 10 times of cleaning charges (excluding taxes) for that article.

- In the event of damage to an article that is not caused due to non identifiable properties such as negative reaction of colors, deterioration of the buttons, zippers, embellishments, incorrect label or former defects, the matter should be reported to us within 3 days of delivery and our liability shall not exceed 5 times of cleaning charges (excluding taxes) for that article.

- All articles must be collected within a maximum period of 15 days after the pickup. A safe keeping charge of Rs. 5 per piece per day shall be charged beyond this period. We will contact you in such cases, however our liability will expire after a 45 day failure to collect back the article.

- We reserve the right to refuse cleaning any article/garment.

- We reserve the right to send promotional and transactional sms, notifications and emails to our customers. We also reserve the right to call our customers, as and when required, to provide best possible service.
